Employee Care
FSP Group is committed to creating a safe, healthy and friendly workplace environment. We firmly believe that the health and safety of our employees are the most valuable assets of the company.
To implement occupational safety and health, we follow the ISO 45001 international standard and local laws and regulations, continuously strengthen occupational safety management and health promotion measures, reduce work risks, prevent occupational hazards, and provide comprehensive protection for all workers and external contractors. By the end of 2024, major operating locations have passed ISO 45001 certification and established occupational safety and health systems in accordance with local regulations to continuously optimize working conditions.
We are committed to fulfilling our corporate social responsibility, taking practical actions to protect the physical and mental health of each employee, and working together to achieve sustainable operations and a healthy workforce.
Workplace Health System and Five Major Cancer Screenings
FSP adheres to the workplace health initiatives set by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the World Health Organization (WHO), establishing a management system centered around health services, health education, and a healthy environment. The company continuously promotes preventive care and disease control. Each year, FSP offers health examinations and special check-ups that go beyond regulatory requirements. These include tests for the three highs (hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia), tumor markers, electrocardiograms, abdominal ultrasounds, X-rays, and more. Abnormal results are categorized for risk-level management, and employees receive personalized health guidance, reinforced health education on disease prevention, follow-up examinations, and ongoing health management to ensure employee well-being.
Since early-stage cancer typically presents no obvious symptoms and can easily be overlooked, early detection and treatment through cancer screenings are essential. This is the most effective way to prevent mutated cells from progressing into cancer and to improve survival rates.
Therefore, FSP also provides five major annual cancer screenings—Pap smear, mammography, fecal occult blood test, oral mucosal examination, and low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) for lungs—to effectively reduce cancer mortality and increase survival rates.
Chronic Disease Prevention and Promotion of a Healthy Lifestyle
To address obesity and the risk group for the “three highs” (hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia), FSP implements comprehensive case tracking for individuals with a BMI ≥24 and provides special health check-ups. These efforts are supported by on-site occupational physicians and fast-track referral resources to ensure timely medical support. The company also actively promotes healthy eating and exercise habits by organizing health-promoting activities such as weekday group fitness classes, walking challenges, stair-climbing events, and historical trail hikes—integrating wellness into daily life and fostering a positive cycle for a sustainable workplace.
Each year, FSP hosts the “Technology-Based Physical Fitness Assessment” to help employees better understand their physical condition and gain key insights for effective health management.
Health Education and Safety Training
FSP has established a comprehensive occupational safety and health training framework. Each year, the company organizes safety courses for new and current employees, fire drills, health seminars, and Safety Month activities. CPR and AED emergency response training is also provided to foster a safe and secure workplace environment.
In 2024, FSP held over a dozen diverse health education sessions covering topics such as cancer prevention, food safety, muscle strength training, and exercise wellness. All courses have been fully integrated into the EZ Learning system to enhance employees’ health literacy and empower them with self-management capabilities.
Care, Support, and Health Service Network
FSP has established an on-site occupational physician consultation and workplace visit system to assist with health assessments and risk identification. Pregnant employees who report their pregnancy receive a thoughtfully prepared maternity gift package to show care and support.
In 2024, FSP organized influenza and self-paid vaccination events, serving over 400 participants, further strengthening its commitment to a healthy and vibrant workplace. The company also held three blood donation drives, with a total of 168 donors contributing 214 bags of blood—demonstrating love through action and promoting a corporate culture of giving. These efforts reflect FSP’s dedication to sustainable development and social responsibility.
Promotion of a Healthy Workplace Culture and External Recognition
FSP is committed to fostering a people-centered culture of health. In 2024, the company was featured in the Care for Taoyuan Workers magazine’s special column on women-friendly workplaces. FSP was also interviewed by PTS – Active Companies, Active Employees and Business Weekly – Exercising Alone vs. Moving Together, sharing its practical experience in creating a healthy workplace.
In the same year, FSP earned the “Sports Enterprise Certification” from the Sports Administration and the “Healthy Workplace Certification – Health Promotion Badge” from the Health Promotion Administration. These recognitions highlight the company’s long-term efforts in cultivating a strong exercise culture and reflect its commitment to workplace wellness and sustainable values.
